I made the updates, which are attached. I believe I corrected everything.

As for the encoding, I am unsure why it would display any differently.
My hope is once it is on the Web, it will display correctly. If not, I
will work with the tech team to get it right.

Now that it has been reviewed, I plan to publish it soon.
