Here is what I read in [1]:
| p≡p gets automatically activated in Enigmail if there's no prior
| Enigmail configuration in place, i.e. for all novice users.
Should we assume that all visitors are novice users of Enigmail, or
should we have 2 sets of explanations, with and without p≡p? This _is_
getting confusing.
