Thanks a lot for proofreading this translation. To upload your changes, 
the second option (committing the updated PO file to the enc repo) is 
the best. Or else, you can send your changes to this mailing list as a diff.

Github is definitely not a good option because of 2 major issues:
- it forces people to run nonfree JavaScript;
- it steals as much user data as possible.
