[ESD-translators] Portuguese Translation

Hey,

I stumbled across the Email Self-Defense site and noticed it is missing a 
Portuguese translation.
I would like to participate in this project by submitting one.

Let me know if anyone is already working on a Portuguese translation so that I 
could help you out. If somebody is interested in translating the site to 
Portuguese we could also work together.
