Hello Emre,

I had no problem regenerating HTML with "make -f Makefile.gen". Are you 
sure Make is installed on your system?

Note: this works because tr is the default language. To regenerate pages 
in other languages, the LANG parameter needs to be set. For example:
   make -f Makefile.gen LANG=zh-hans

The updated page is now live.
