Here are 2 more:

8) Redundancy between step 6.d (index.html) and 2 items of "Bring Email
Self-Defense to new people" (next_step.html).
... but maybe this is a feature, not a bug.

9) index.html, step 3.a
<a href="#step-3b">step 3.b</a> doesn't exist. I think this should be
<a href="#step-2b">step 2.b</a>.
