[ESD-translators] Spanish and Galician translations for the updated Self-Defense guide

Hi everyone,

After the update of the email self-defense guide, there are no 
translations to other languages available. I would like to help 
translate the 2021 version to Spanish and Galician.

I've been using HTML, CSS and Git for a while, but I don't have 
experience with Inkscape for graphics editing.  If someone is already 
working on any of them, I would be glad to help as much as I can.
