[ESD-translators] copyright update

Dear ESD translators,

I would like to thank you for all the work you do. You are all doing a 
fantastic job. We are delighted to have you volunteer for the ESD guide.

At your convenience, could you please include the following changes in 
your translations:
* Copyright © 2014-2023 (instead of Copyright © 2014-2021)
* add a line saying "You can set further options by running gpg 
--edit-key your@email in a terminal window." to Step 2.a Make your 
keypair (Thanks to Linus for suggesting this!)
