[ESD-translators] Some troubleshoot updates

Hi Everyone,

It's a constant process indeed! I have just processed some feedback that 
got through into some of the Troubleshoot items.

2.a - if gpg doesn't work gpg2 works in some distributions
2.b - uploading to a keyserver directly
4.b - manually import edward's key

I have loaded them to Enc and to Enc-live.
Would you mind updating the POs Thérèse when you get a minute? let me 
know if you need help!
