[ESD-translators] Enigmail and the new Thunderbird

Hello listmates!

The new version of Thunderbird include a built-in GPG manager, so
Enigmail is not necesary any more.
So I think that guide should be updated, and add how to migrate from
Enigmail to Thunderbird your keys, or how to create your keys, etc with
the new Thunderbird.
