[ESD-translators] Nepali Translation

Hello,

I want to volunteer to translate the ESD website to Nepali language. If there is somebody that is already working on that, I would be glad to link up with and help the person. If not, I am more than happy to start working on it.

However, I am not very familiar with git and SSH, and if anybody was willing to help me with these tools, I would be very much grateful.
