I somehow missed that paragraph… :(

I tried the Makefile.gen but I get the following Perl error for all
pages under sq/

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LANG = "sq"
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

The pages are modified though and the new workshop.html page created for
sq. Should I investigate about the error or is it OK to ignore it?
