[ESD-translators] Broken link on libreplanet

Hi,

I've noticed that the link to join the esd-translators mailinglist on
the following libreplanet page is broken

https://libreplanet.org/wiki/GPG_guide/Translation_Guide

It is the link which invites users to the mailinglist. The error is
that the link refers to https, instead of http such that

https://lists.fsf.org/mailman/listinfo/esd-translators

should read

http://lists.fsf.org/mailman/listinfo/esd-translators

I did not have the required permissions to change that. Could you
please correct if you have the permissions. Otherwise other people are
discouraged from joining us.
