[ESD-translators] New ESD version released in English

Hi everyone,

I'm happy to say that we finally got the English edition of version 4
out the door today. I'm hoping to restructure the git repo a little for
more clarity soon, but you're welcome to start updating your translations.

As usual, send us an email at address@hidden when your translations
are finished and have been reviewed by another bilingual volunteers. All

If you have been waiting for a while to finish your translation, this is
